Family Planning Clinics
Two clinics, one in West Union and the other in Georgetown, provide health services for teens, women, and men. No one is denied services regardless of their ability to pay. All services are confidential. Teens may receive services without parental consent.

 Women & Men’s Health Care Services

  • Exams & Screenings - pap test, pelvic exam, breast exam, testicular exam
  • STD testing & treatment
  • birth control methods
  • diagnosis & treatment for minor    gynecological problems
  • counseling, education, and referrals as needed


  • we accept Medicaid
  • we offer services at no charge to those who qualify
  • we offer a sliding scale to those who qualify
  • we offer a Monthly Payment Plan with 0% interest on any unpaid balance
  • some insurance plans accepted

WIC – Women, Infants & Children
We also provide health and nutrition services for young children, mothers-to-be, and breastfeeding mothers. A person who currently receives Medicaid, Food Stamps, or Ohio Works First automatically meets the income eligibility. If you do not currently receive any of the above listed services, eligibility is based on family income.

Who is eligible for WIC services:

  • women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • women who have a baby less than 6 months old
  • infants and children up to 5 years old

WIC provides:

  • nutrition education and support
  • breastfeeding education and support
  • referrals for health care
  • immunization screening and referral
  • coupons for supplemental foods like milk, infant formula, cereal, juice, eggs, peanut butter, beans
